Looks more like ridge rings obverse and reverse from Die wear (deterioration) you can also see DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling on some of the devices.

Die Deterioration from a worn die which causes the metal to flow towards the rims.

Obviously not a valuable error or anything - but the different forms and affects of Die Deterioration are really (to me) quite interesting!
