I Have A Proof Set Subscription, But No E-Mail From The Mint

hugemistake2003 Valued Member United States 172 Posts	Posted 06/01/2009 7:17 pm I have a Proof Set subscription that I started last month. The Proof Set was released today, but I haven't received any e-mail or message from the Mint acknowledging that it was ordered for me. Going to my account on their site, there isn't any indication that my Proof Set has been ordered. I haven't ordered from the Mint before, so I don't know if this is normal. KenKat Pillar of the Community United States 4085 Posts	Posted 06/01/2009 7:23 pm I got the following email back on May 1: Dear United States Mint Customer, The United States Mint will be processing your subscription order for the 2009 United States Mint Proof Set in approximately 4 weeks. Our records indicate you have the following subscription(s): 1 Proof Set(s) I haven't gotten any more recent notice, so if you subscription was entered anytime after May 1 (and maybe a little before), you may not get an email. I've been subscribed since 1999 and they have never missed me except once when I let my credit card expire... Ken My 7070 US Type Set My 7100 Lincoln Cent Set (now with updates!) They said my subscription was valid and will I definitely receive my sets, e-mail confirmation will come with tracking when they ship. I wish they would do an immediate confirmation with an order number. Report this Post to the Staff
meckl9 Valued Member United States 326 Posts	Posted 06/01/2009 9:34 pm I am in the same boat as well. I was a little concerned because I haven't been able to get onto the mint's site at all today. I still have yet to receive confirmation that my Tyler's shipped either however. I have a subsciption for Presidential dollars and those ones have been out now for weeks.
