Your coin is genuine. Below is a PCGS MS64 with the same die pair as your example. Note the reverse die cracks on the top of America and United. The date position and large mint mark position match. The stars strike matches and the top two bricks on the bench have a smooth finish that matches. I have seen very few fakes with chop marks. For grade I am at XF 45 for your coin. It may of had an old cleaning, but it should straight grade as market acceptable.

This coin is suspect to me because the wear pattern is not consistent. There are very flat, worn areas contrasted with areas with of sharp detail. For instance, the eagle's right leg is worn flat, but much of the wing detail is sharp. If you compare this coin to the EF examples on PCGS Photograde, you'll see what I mean. There also should not be dots between the denticles on the reverse. The coloring is also suspicious. I'm no expert on Trade dollars, but there are enough red flags that I would not buy this coin myself. I would return it if I were you.

Thanks for the comments! regarding the comment from collegeBarbers, is the flattening on the right wingtip from the chop mark? It matches the location from the other side of the chop mark.

Thank you, Slider23, for your comments. Do you happen to have a larger image of the MS64 coin? I recently went down the rabbit hole of identifying varieties of Trade dollars, and it's been fascinating.

The flat spot on the right leg on Trade dollars is common as it is a combo of wear and strike, and on circulated examples many of the Trade dollars have flat spots on the right leg. On the PCGS MS64 the right leg has a soft strike. The OP Coin and the PCGS MS 64 came off the same die pair.

Is that coin in a TPG slab? If so have you checked the cert number? Can we see a pic of the full slab?
