1964 Philadelphia Kennedy Half Dollar Proof?

jackson12345 Valued Member Canada 71 Posts	Posted 08/10/2025 11:08 pm Just wondering if this could possibly be the 1964 Philadelphia proof Kennedy half dollar I've read about? Cameo appearance and the lines running through the neck area show amazing detail if you zoom in. Any possible serious value worthy of further follow up? Aug.11/25 - Adding couple extra close up photos to show details. Also, highest grade for this coin is 68+ sold à yr ago at Heritage Auctions and that coin doesn't look near as clean as mine. This was from an article "13 Most Valuable Kennedy half dollar Coins Worth Money" by John Saechao 21/05/2025. He mentions that the 1964 proof coins were struck in Philadelphia, not San Francisco, and the finish is noticeably inferior. Therefore higher grade proof coins are harder to obtain.
