Have you tried soaking your coin in acetone? Could be dried up glue or some other substance.

In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.

I'm thinking traces of residue--not a 2nd strike issue. Beware Pareidolia.

I suppose that you can see a reverse image of Lincoln, especially if another coin was laying on top of this one and got stained, od maybe a glue was used to put together 2 coins face to face then taken apart. But this is all PMD.

We understand a lot of people are in a hurry, and a lot of people do not take the time to read forum rules before posting. The rules say not to post pics like this.

Why? See all the lines across those pics? Cameras introduce these into any pic of a screen. The lines can hide important details.

What I am seeing on the coin is either a foreign substance an acetone soak will take off or it could be staining. Pareidolia is making you see a face.

I another coin was put onto this one and hammered, the profile would be backwards and impressed into the coin. ON the REV of the coin would be flattened areas where the impression was made on the OBV.

B/c of the extreme measures the mint goes through to ensure every coin made in a year has the exact same design, there is no possible way for this coin to have what you are perceiving as another profile. If you look up (erro-ref.com) double struck coins you will see they look very different than this penny.
