Take a close look at your coin. There's a slight chance that it might be a late die state of 1934 DDO-004 / 1-DO-002 / WDDO-006. Or the things I'm seeing might just be well-placed circulation hits. It's at least worth a peek.

Very true! Love it! Is this the oldest Lincoln Cent you've found in circulation? Oldest I've found is a 1910 philly.

I just found a 112 year old cent today from change in my local grocery store  I'll post it up tomorrow - too late and dark to get a good image of it.

Well, here is that 1913-S Lincoln Cent I got in change. I got it in tandem with a 1955 Cent as well (but that one is unremarkable) the 55 looks like it was taken from an old Whitman folder as it has scotch tape marks on the obverse, like it was being held in. (and that would only would have been done decades ago because now-a-days we know better.
