Your coin only has a small amount of verdigris on the obverse and reverse. Since it is already graded, I would not break it open to treat. Graded coins historically carry greater value.

If it were me I'd break it out and try conserving it with VerdiCare, then leave it raw. The current slab isn't helping the value, and it might look more attractive with less verdigris. But you run the risk that removing some verdigris will expose areas underneath that are less toned, leaving you with some splotchy surfaces.

Since you have a details grade, the risk of breaking open the slab and trying to conserve it will not affect future grading. I have conserved a few coins with Verdi-Carewith good results. Acetone and Xylene soaks are also helpful. After the Verdigris is removed, you may find pitted surfaces.
