As I was scan#776;nin#285; through my 1971S Eisenhower silver dollar coin collection, I accidentally stumble across on a letter that resemble
the letter 'Z' located on the chin of Eisenhower. Is this unintentionally, coincidence of an abrasion that resemble the letter Z or something else?

Please give me your thoughts, comments and opinions. #8542;

Just circulation damage along with the other damage on the face.
There is no way for a recessed Z to happen during the striking of the coin.

...damage.

Something that will greatly benefit you in identifying stuff like this is knowing how coin dies are made. An interesting page from Coinnews:

Zeppelin tribute coin -

"In 1971, Led Zeppelin primarily "made" and released the songs on their fourth album, Led Zeppelin IV, which included "Black Dog," "Rock and Roll," "The Battle of Evermore," "Stairway to Heaven," "Misty Mountain Hop," "Four Sticks," "Going to California," and "When the Levee Breaks". The album was released in November 1971"

Great memories...my first concert 1977 Pontiac Silver Dome.
A member here (can't remember their name) has a tag in their signature "when I listen to Led Zeppelin...so do my neighbors"
