Amazon missed earnings. Tomorrow is likely another ugly day in the markets.

Looks like it's time to break out that 60s soundtrack.
Unbelievable.

Quote: Thought that JPM closed its short and was long silver now. Quote: That is what I read too. They closed their short positions in December and went long Yup that is what they said, but who knows? How honest are they or the information they're putting out really? Based on reports surrounding COMEX activity in late January/early February 2026, it is widely reported that JP Morgan closed a significant silver short position exactly when silver bottomed out on Friday, January 30, 2026. Here's the image of the document showing which banks closed shorts "coincidentally" at the bottom on Friday. Does anybody truly know what's going on though?

Massive, back to back literal free fall drops since Friday, no market halts, no stops, no circuit breakers tripping, just let it crash. 2 of the cliff dives happening, coincidentally, after regular retail market hours when there's low liquidity.

Ahh.. the wonderful world of history repeating itself ! 1980 kaboom 2011 not again 2026 triple kaboom . So much for , oh there is a shortage of silver . The uses in industry can't keep the price from exploding . And all the other reasons that silver is going to go Moon Rocket ! All ye metal heads forgot two things . Number 1 .Markets stay irrational a lot longer than YOU have Liquidity! Number 2 .The small guys ALWAYS get crushed . Anyone not SELLING into this crazy upswing instead BUYING richly deserves the results. Metalheads never learn ..you cannot buy groceries or gasoline with a bar of silver . But you sure can with the profits from the sales . Not sorry one bit for any one who continues to buy into the " Silver Story " . Silver is just another commodity, like coffee, wheat , pork bellies etc.

Not sure why every silver drop has to be a conspiracy theory. Every other market, equities, crypto are getting crushed. Is someone conspiring to bring all the other markets down at the same time? Markets have runs up and runs down. Gold and silver seem to always go up with a long enough holding period. People seem to get mad when market prices don't do what they think the market ought to do. Just hold and chill. It will probably work out if you are just able to hold. If you are levered or need the money right away, that's a different story.

Quote: On the up days, bulls will be celebrating.... down days, bears will take credit. RagingBull message boards of the late 90's anyone? Definitely among my top 10 favorite posts on this thread. I think this pretty much describes it perfectly. Seems like it should have been included in this threads title. Perhaps even made into a sticky to forewarn all who dare to enter. I think it's cute, but I would never roll on the floor laughing when the little guys get hurt. But hey that's just me.

Quote: Love it....keep bring the price down so I can buy more at lower costs. Yes I must join you in that sentiment and declare this to be a very valid reason for many to celebrate. If we have to dance to the 60's playlist tomorrow we shall do it joyfully. This surely will greatly confuse the bears.

I agree with Pacificoin. Parabolic upswings are a time to lock in some profits, not to become giddy or greedy.
