I tried to use cert verification this morning, and it was having issues.
It still is. I know I've looked all my slabs up before.

One possibility...
Your coin appears to be in a old/early slab. Some of these early slabs have not been entered into the searchable PCGS database.
I would call PCGS directly.

here is some info on your slab--Produced Feb 1986 - Sept 1989. This holder features a pale green front label replacing the white label of the previous 2 iterations. Nicknamed the "Rattler" while still fairly common it becomes scarcer with time as more get cracked out and resubmitted in hopes of higher grades...Rarity~Semi-Common

Maybe it is sun spots causing an outage (Or maybe the Atlas comet creating interference)
