That is a North Dakota State Quarter minted in 2006.

Easy to tell the date. That is one chewed up quarter,

wow, that is one heavily 2006 quarter.. maybe it got run over by a snow mobile up in North Dakota (several times)

Poor guy. Ended up on the wrong end of something violent... garbage disposal, meat grinder, etc.

Why are you showing all these damaged quarters?
I doubt that a retailer would even take them, you might
have to take them to a bank to get your money back.
