The reverse isn't bad. I'll say MS-62.

Some of those marks on the obverse look deep. I think that holds it to a 62

Field below chin, tip of nose and hit on jaw line holds it down to 62 for me. Lovely reverse

If the obverse looked like the reverse, we would be having a conversation in the 65/65+ range. This would be a great coin for the "Reverse" slot in a coin album.

The number, location, and severity of the obverse contact marks are the issue. I'm also at MS-62 here, but it's a nice looking coin for the grade. The surfaces are original and the reverse is fantastic. At $50? All day.
