PVC Or Just Inactive Spotting On Straight Graded PF65+ Cam 3 Cent Nickel?

yakcoins New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 12/23/2025 11:07 pm The holder for this coin has some cosmetic damage and I am worried that there is active degradation and/or PVC on the obverse. The spots appear black straight on but take on a greenish color at certain angles. The first, second, and fourth images are the spotting as seen today.
