Nice example, Marv. It's surprising that there are no cracks on the reverse.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Have come across these searching cent rolls and old Whitman folders over the decades--some are rather strong. Nice example!

Early 40's and 50's were the period to find these. Nice example.

Nice example. Odd it is showing little if any at all on the obverse. Maybe a changed out die?

Checking back in to say that I appreciate your great in-focus cropped photos that clearly show the topic.

Quote: Odd it is showing little if any at all on the obverse. Maybe a changed out die? True - the obverse die shows a little bit of wear but obviously not as much as the reverse. Quote: Checking back in to say that I appreciate your great in-focus cropped photos that clearly show the topic Thank you. I was having a horrible time adjusting the lighting and then BadThad gave me some tips and my pictures have been coming out a lot better!
