$67. #33 of 40 acquired recently. Recently I purchased 40 slabbed Morgan dollars (36 ANACS, 3 PCGS and 1 ICG) and will post one a day alongside one Peace dollar. I paid an average of $67 for the 40 coins. This time I will post the grade of the coin 2 days after and this time we can compare our grades with those of TPGs. Thoughts? Thanks!

i think its a tad short of 64 due to the cheek and neck.

For 1889, this is nice. It has a better strike than many of them and isn't as baggy as they usually are. The luster looks typical for the year. There is just too much on the cheek and neck for MS-64 on a bourse floor. I see MS-63 here. I wouldn't be shocked if it's slabbed as MS-64, but I'm still at MS-63 even if it is. It's a nice coin.

Sorry, got busy at work for the past few weeks, but back to some extent now. I also thought this one was undergraded by ANACS who called it a 63. Thanks for the feedback.
