Sellers pics. Common date for CC. CCF, what grade would you give this?

I think VF F15 sounds about right.

any CC is winner.
always remove the coin from the holder when possible. she's a nice, no issue, circulated example. I'm higher than the others on this one. I have it at VF25

I'll wait for your in-hand photos here.
The seller didn't do himself/herself any favors with the photos, and you may have snagged a good deal here because of that. My hunch is that this coin isn't as dark as the photos and will grade higher than it looks in the 2x2. Also, the seller needs to buy some needle nose pliers to tamp down the staples!

Thank you for the feedback, all. I'll post new pics when it arrives next week.
FC, I agree, I don't think the seller did themselves any favors with the poor pictures. Definitely looking forward to having this one in hand.

I'm very pleased with this one. No surprises, clean rims, nicely circulated, has a fair number of minor hits, but nothing that I would say is distracting. First set of pics is how it looks in hand, second set with some direct lighting. Grading was pretty close between F15 and low VF. Do the pictures change anyone's mind?

This looks better with the in hand photos than the seller's photos. It looks like it had an older cleaning, market acceptable. The obverse just makes VF-20, and the reverse is very close to VF-25. Net VF-20. Nice evenly worn example without too much surface damage. Solid coin!

IMHO, I believe the guys at the beginning of this thread had it right: F15.. But as someone above mentioned, " any CC is a winner"..

Thanks for the follow up FC and CFM. I finally took a good hard look at it tonight. While tight, I think it makes VF20. Obverse is a squeaker, but reverse tows it across the line, IMO.
Cheers, Adam
