US Mint Subscription Web Site Glitch

Boba Debt Pillar of the Community United States 732 Posts	Posted 02/12/2026 11:55 am I just got an email from the mint asking me to confirm my subscription for the 2026 ASE. I clicked the link and spent about a minute in the virtual showroom before being sent to my account. When I clicked on SUBSCRIPTIONS, the page said, "There are no subscriptions associated with your account." I called the mint, and they told me they're updating the system, so my subscriptions should reappear once that's done. Hopefully, that's the case. Report this Post to the Staff

Gilly Pillar of the Community United States 1212 Posts	Posted 02/12/2026 12:13 pm Ooof, same here. This is probably where I lose my extra 2 subs for the Congrats set. Oops stopping right here: I have 2 emails associated with my Mint account. I had to check the one I don't use much (from my ISP, I usually use my Gmail). And I do have FOUR emails, as you said, they are getting ready to bill for the ASEs. 3 emails for the Congrats sets and one for the W proof. So maybe I'll get them. Just getting the other 2 "on spec" at this time. They are subs I previously held, from 2 years ago, so it's not like I'm totally "bandwagon" on the P proof, I got 2 on subscription last year. Boba Debt Pillar of the Community United States 732 Posts	Posted 02/12/2026 12:20 pm I just logged out and then logged back in and my SUBCRIPTIONs were showing So I clicked on the ASE sub to veirfy the info and I got the previous notification that I didn't have any subscriptions So I logged out and back in they were there again but if I go to any other page and then back to them they disappear Report this Post to the Staff
