Along with this version the offerings are getting better, IMO having the West Point version for 2026 being another Enhanced Uncirculated finish, To share the versions finish with The 2013-West Point Enhanced Uncirculated finish. There are factors that Deduct from your ability, or chances to obtain one of the Congratulations sets, Presently there are Subscriptions for This " set ", Which are No longer available to subscribe to. Just how many subscriptions are being held, ? Then We learn the "Authorized Distributors " are privy to Also receive These products, Well Before the release date. Just how many Congratulations sets Will actually be available for those of Us that do not have a subscription, and I will not be purchasing from the AD's either. Number one lowest minted ASE=The 2019-S Enhanced Reverse Proof at 29,909. Number Two, is the 1995-West Point Proof, mintage 30, 102 ( revised ). Number Three, is the 2008 reverse of 2008 - West Point Uncirculated, mintage 47,000. Number Four, is the soon to be released 2026 Congratulations set Philadelphia Proof, mintage 60,000. The only way to get this 2026-Philly Proof is this set.
