I got this in change, after purchasing some groceries at the store. I know it's not worth anything above face value. Just thought it was cool. I threw it in my change container after snapping photos of it. The obverse die is more deteriorated than the reverse die.

Yeah that's a good one!! The 80s were wonderful for DDD on nickels. I see some of the strangest things on them.

I agree.
I keep some "worthless" coins, just because the DDD is so extreme, that it actually becomes interesting looking.
