This die is one of my favorites and in top quality. A lot of NGC coins are over graded but I think this one meets the standard of 67RD! Having picked a couple of these off ebay and seeing them in hand I often wonder why this die was never recognized by Fivaz and Stanton. The spread on IGWT is remarkable!
