Found this one tonight.
Looks like a Trail Die (but I don't see any listings prior to 1981 to match)

Decided I needed to get a couple better closeups.
Believe I am changing my opinion and agreeing with E&V
Trail Dies seem to typically all be parallel with each other. These all follow the edge of the letter. Thus, the lines do appear to more follow the pattern of Radial Flow Lines

It also could be Radial Flow Lines from Die Deterioration.

E&V, thought of that, too.
Was thinking that it's strong off the corners of the letters, so it might be a trail die.
Interested to see what the consensus is.
Thank You

I'm going with what E&V stated: Die Deterioration flow that cut into the dies surface!

As stated, Die Deterioration. Trails run at the exact same degree, yours is following the radius of the coin. The marked up pic with yellow lines is how it would look if it were trails.

Just like anything else, the more you see it, the more easily you will recognize it.
