1941 Wheat Cent Doubled Die Obverse / DDO -001

jfeed Pillar of the Community United States 1259 Posts	Posted 04/03/2026 8:45 pm This 1941 cent was found in an old, old roll of wheat cents. It's definitely a circulated coin but you can still see that it's a DDO-001 and most likely stage B. Kind of a special find because it's the year I was born. Yeah... I know... Stages A and B are much harder to find than people think, and Stage C (especially in lower grades) is easily confused with two other much more minor and very common DDOs.
