1925 Lexington Concord Half, Grade Opinion

In several years of collecting I have never had a commem half aside from a few 1982 Washington halves. The flip grade has an XF but I see original luster, so I'm hoping that's conservative. I see wear on several of the coin's high points and evidence (e.g., straight lines) of a past mechanical cleaning (i.e., beyond a simple "dip"). Collecting history one coin or medal at a time!
