The only thing wrong with it is poor pictures that bring out inaccurate luster. Looks perfectly legit to me. Very heavy bag marks on the reverse and some on the face. I wouldn't take his grading abilities too seriously
It's a scan; the seller "cleverly" backed the coin with a paper bill in the scanner. That threw the scanner's sensors off enough that it was unable to properly calibrate the scan, resulting in the poor image.
I've been looking at this seller's stuff for years; almost every time, my first reaction is, "Whut?"
When I list a coin, the most important thing to me is to get as clear a photo as possible so the bidder knows what he's bidding on. I don't bid on coins I can't tell what's for sale, I skip it and go on to the next one.
