Sorry for the small photo, I don't have it in hand yet. Take your best shot:

From what I can see from the images I'll say it's AU-55.

I see what looks like slight wear as well. A larger picture would definitly help. PCGS AU55

Just curious, where do you see the wear? Just so you know, that photo is of the coin in a PCGS slab. The seller told me some of those marks are on the slab surface and not on the coin. Based on the responses so far, I will definitely follow up with photos in a few weeks when I get it :)

With a New Orleans Mint Morgan, "wear" could go either way, since they've been known to be struck so weakly. This one presents the appearance of an AU55-ish coin, but it could just as easily be MS64 if a weak strike. The pics are far too small to make any precise determination.

I think I see wear (rather than weak strike) in the hair above Ms. Liberty's forehead and on the top of her cap. There also seems to be a trace of wear on the high points of the reverse wreath.
Luster is very subdued in these images. However, I don't see any obvious discoloration or dullness in the fields. Most AU Morgans will show slightly dull fields contrasting with strong luster remaining in the protected areas around the rim. I don't see this effect on your coin.
I will agree with an AU grade based on these images, perhaps as high as AU-58.

I wouldn't be surprised with a 63-64. It looks pretty fully lustrous to me, even on the devices.

Johnny, good eye... I know the photos are a little dark, but the devices are very clean. You almost guessed it:
PCGS graded it as an MS-65
I have a few Morgans, but none with such bold characters. The bust and Eagle are very well defined, if anything was struck weakly on the coin, it would be the hair between the eye and ear.
