"Silver" (10c, 25c, 50c) are 90% silver like the old pre 64 coins, while the rest are normal composition.

In the Silver proof set, the dime, quarter and half are silver and in the regular proof set they are clad.

You mean there's actually silver in the Silver Proof set! Aha! That must be why they call it silver proof set!

Nope, proof Lincolns from the regular mint set are the same as the ones in the silver proof set: Bronze.

If you have the 2009 Clad Proof Set and the 2009 Territorial Quarters Silver Proof Set, then you already have 16 of the 18 the coins that are in the 2009 Silver Proof Set.

So, if you buy those two Sets instead of the Silver Proof Set, you would not have the Silver Dime and Silver Half-Dollar, but you would have six Clad Proof Quarters in addition to the Silver Quarters.

silver proof cent details
Lincoln Cents contain an alloy consisting of 95% copper, 3% zinc and 2% tin that matches the alloy used in the original 1909 version.

Both of the full Proof Sets (Clad and Silver) include the same four 95% Copper 'bronze alloy' Proof Lincoln Anniversary Cents.

The 95% Copper composition is the same as the One Cent coins produced from mid-1864 to 1961.

One has no real value should fiat money collapse like in Zimbabwe, and one has real value. I'll leave it up to you to sort out which is which...

the Lincolns and the President dollars are all the same no matter what set you get, the only difference is the clad coins (like .25,.50,.10) are 90% silver
