i was just wondering, how much silver have you aqcuired from circulation, such as from rolls or pocket change, how much is in your "horde"? I have 32 40% halves from roll searching which I know is not as much as ratman, don, or mycrob, or any of those people so feel free to let me know, I just curious!

I got a 54 dime from my pocket change tub yesterday when I was searching it all. I've also had pretty good luck search rolls of halves when I can find them.

I've got dimes, quarters and halfs from circulation. About a shoe box of each. Been collecting for years.

I found about 5 dimes and 1 '64 half in circulation the entire summer I worked as a teller at a Bank. I also found 10 40% Halves. I've bought quite a bit of junk (90% only) on ebay, I never pay over melt for it either.

I probably found around 7 dollars face in silver.
I work at a convenient store and everytime I open a quarter or dime roll I scan the edges for silver.

And around Christmas time when money's tight, I had a guy pay for cigarettes with 90% and 40% halves.

Got a 1944 P War Nickel just tonight in my register. These seem to be more common, for me anyway, than silver quarters and dimes.

To Sean1011: How did you differentiate between Canadian coins and silver US coins?
