1937-D Buffalo RPM?

Have had this for awhile; looks like an RPM to me. I don't do much with Buffalo's; therefore would like to know what RPM this is (if indeed it is one) and if it is particularly scarce. Thanks!

That is an RPM. Which, I am not sure, and whether it would have much value in that grade I do not know.

It could be 1937-D # 1. Hard to tell from images. The location on the east looks correct, but is there mark on the upper west serif? Also the #1 has an upright bar inside the mint mark exactly centered. Not sure if I see that or not. But the East looks exactly like # 1.
