This one's easy - it's a British 1½ pence - looks like 1834, so that'll be William IV on the obverse.
The 1½ pence (or half-threepence or three-halfpence, depending on your point of view) was intended for circulation only in the colonies, but a shortage of small change in Britain forced them to release them into circulation in the homeland as well.
