I'm not sure if this is a 1944 D/S Error coin or some sort of wear on the coin. I think it is best that I get some advice from an expert on here. So here are the pics :

Pictures removed, will have more up later, I'm sorry, I can't afford a loupe right now

You can buy a good loupe for under $10, I paid around $5 or $6 for my 14x doublet by ANCO.
