Napoleon31ft,

Great idea for a topic!

Not including the time I spend sleeping, I spend 90% of the time I am home sitting in that chair! This is my coins/trading cards/music/web surfing/eating space! Not nearly as neat and tidy as yours!

lol I like this topic though I am not brave enough to post a picture without tidying up first. I am sure I will get it tidied soon and then can post a picture too.

I noticed napoleon that your desk ran out of room and you began to utilize the bench beside it as well. I am at this point in life as well. I placed a coffee table along side my desk for extra books and such.

One bucket is my copper Memorial coin hoard. The other I use for trash. I'm working on a BU Memorial roll set, so there's lots of tubes. I also use tubes for generic roll search finds, like 1960's, 1970's, toners, wheats, etc.

Yep, lots of roll searching. If someone were to break in to steal my coins, I wish them luck! That pail with coppers weighs about 200 lbs. All they'd get is a bunch of Memorials and common date wheats! I'd actually be at them...I'd be a little mad because that roll set has a lot of hours into it, but it's all from cents bought at face. I'd love to see them try to sell them to a dealer and he tells them "it' just pocket change". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If you love your collection, GET A BANK BOX! No more worries!

I have never seen a box of cents before. May I ask what is the difference between the yellow, green, and red wrappers? Is that different mints?

The box marked "coin tubes" is a penny box. The box you are referring to is a box to hold his tubes that he is building his roll set in. I would guess the different colors are just dots to write the date/mint on.

Amen. If I can't make it to the box until my days off or before work, then I keep my recently purchased coins in a hiding place in my house. It's 90% safe. I hope
Well, I'm at work and just took this photo. I do the majority of my CCF time here since I get home pretty late and just want some quiet time especially after all the noise here. As for my work station, I'll have to wait to photograph that. It's not much Oh yeah, the laptop is almost 10 years old but gets the job done!
