This coin is in an older NGC slab. How do you think they graded it, and/or what grade do you think it deserves?

Yes, think MS63-64 looks like it might be full split bands.

Well, you were all tougher than NGC which graded this coin MS-65 FB. I purchased it in a Heritage auction 'way back in 1998. The conventional wisdom is that grading standards used to be more strict, but that's not necessarily true when it comes to Coin Community!
