OK, once again don't forget about the No Stars Seated design! (Are there even slots for the NS dime and Half Dime in the 7070? I've never checked out the album so maybe there is no space for these coins! ). The 1859 Half Dime is sort of a one-year type, with hollow obverse stars. I'll bet the 7070 doesn't have this space.

No, there is no slot in the 7070 specifically for either of those coins; but, they can still be included in the general seated liberty type, since you will be getting the stars with the arro .. I must say Jaobler, you have a phenomenal collection! How long have you been collecting?
