I love this site, I'm not going anywhere. I wish we knew why you want to leave, maybe we can help you with your problem. This is quite a surprise, I thought you were doing just fine as late as yesterday?

Sorry to hear you feel that way.
If you feel like someone here has upset you I am sure it was not intentional. There are alot of great people full of numismatic knowledge on this site whom have been very helpful to me. And I have enjoyed being apart of the community.
Bye.

Well, very sorry to see you go. Personally, I learn something new about this great hobby practically every time I get on here, and we can never have enough knowledge, IMO. Best of luck to you, and hopefully you will return to us soon!

He's been locked for immaturity. He was going back and typing over all his posts with jibberish. Most have been restored now.

Guess it is probably pointless to post in this thread as you wont be back to read it. Either way I am sorry you feel that way. I enjoyed reading some of your posts.
Have a nice life and good luck where ever you land.

That's too bad. Sometimes people take things too personal over the web, I suspect somebody upset him. It's never a good thing when a discussion flares to an arguement.

I have to admit that around Mike's age was when I quit collecting coins. There's just a lot of other things available at that age and I'm not sure that coin collecting is one of the better ones. It's a time when it's good to be taking up hobbies that will eventually help with work or school. I was talking to some train hobby types the other day, men my age (50s). They said that very few youth are collecting coins these days. I kind of wonder why this is. When I was a kid, silver money still circulated and a dime collection was a thing of some beauty. You could still find Mercury dimes from circulation.

Well I guess I don't understand this one. Isn't this the same guy who's daughter and son-in-law sent him a very nice '21-S Buffalo nickel for his birthday? Hard for a 13 year old to have a daughter and son-in-law but I guess anything is possible? Sorry you feel you have to just leave.

I was around his age when I stopped too. However, I was just in remission.
