Grading Peace dollars is in a state of flux right now. The major grading companies are grading unc'd coins AU. Hard to figure.
Anyway,

Obverse: I'm assuming that's plastic and not a rim bruise at ten o'clock. I'd like to see what's going on on the jaw more closely. I enhanced it and it looks pretty bad. And there something minor going on at the top of the cheek. The curls and hair struck up very nicely. And the luster looks good, but I've seen a lot of BU coins getting AU grades lately with just that sort of luster. Way too many marks for a 63 - the jaw's a killer, but the good strike might go some way to counter that.

Reverse: Very nice strike. Nice feather details all the way to the top of the shoulder. I don't see any rub on the shoulder. Strange mark above the wing, looks like a puncture. Maybe a little roll scuffage. I wish I could see if there was any detail in the forward claw. The picture's too blurry, but the feathers struck up very crisply it looks like.

Notwithstanding that the reverse could be on a much higher graded coin, the obverse jaw gash looks too deep, I have to conclude this coin would grade MS62 for the strike, assuming it's uncirc'd.

Yes, unfortunatly it has some sort of chatter mark running up from the chin.(couldn't be a worse spot) The edge of the coin at 8 and 10 o'clock is just glare from the plastic.I can't see anything on the reverse that would downgrade it. I will know better when I receive it this week.
