Such a warm welcome Numismo!
Five photo's and you're asking what I'm trying to show? LoL, funny. I guess I am on the wrong site.

Really? I was just asking a question asked by of a lot of folks trying to help. Really misinterpreted. I guess if he's that much of a hothead we don't need him on this site. Bye.

Contrary to the popular phrase, a photo is not always worth a thousand words when there is no context. If you just posted photos with no questions about it, do you assume us to be mind readers?

I don't remember this thread, but it's likely that I don't remember it because the lack of posted information and/or image quality had me skipping over the thread entirely because I haven't felt well over the past few days and didn't feel like messing with yet another lack of information post.
People, if you're going to ask a question here about a coin, show the coin very clearly, and ask your question very clearly. None of us can read minds! I don't mind helping, but I really don't like having to guess what the question is!

Umm, yeah. Complete lack of a clear question to work from. I see a normal coin.

ArsenalFC, if you could point to the area where your question is, and if you had more close-up pictures, it would have given everyone a better idea of what you were asking. There is no harm or foul in asking questions - you just gotta ask the right ones Everyone was just trying to help by asking questions that would lead to what you wanted to know. If you have some close-ups, feel free to post 'em, and let us know where your question is. Use arrows in your photo software, if you need to. Even if you don't have close-ups, just giving an idea of where you think the error is would help. Don't take offense when others ask questions - this is how we all learn. We were all beginners, at one time.

Hello xshift. Yeah I know what you're saying, just took it in a very sarcastic way what the other fella said. I'm asking for a second opinion as I haven't found an example of MD on the reverse side before on the internet. Attached are pictures with arrows. I understand the arrows may get in the way, so please go back to the ones that the Admin person put back on the forum after I had already deleted them. I guess I should have read the terms more carefully when I joined where it stated that the website owns what ever is posted on it even should the member decide to delete. Once again, thanks for explaining Xshift. Edit: I tried to upload closer pics, but it wouldn't let me as the files were too big so I had to re-size.

Well, after reading the Terms and Agreements, the FAQ's, and the Forum Rules, it shows no where that it is a violation to edit ones own post, which after all is the only reason given where a moderator can edit a person post or recover their information.
What a laughing stock I must be, after all, that surely must be the only reason why the ADMIN would retrieve my post. Forget this!

Quote: What a laughing stock I must be, after all, that surely must be the only reason why the ADMIN would retrieve my post. The only reason I retrieved it was because I was certainly not going to let you delete your post and leave another member looking like an idiot because you took something the wrong way. Relax and stick around and you will get the same consideration if the tables are ever turned.

I have to agree, this place is great for learning. I've been collecting since 1972 and have learned much since I've been a member here. I saw this post minutes after it was posted and had no clue as to what I was supposed to be looking for. Any post here should be considered educational (for the original poster as well as other members). The members that view your post do so in hopes of answering your questions. If they can't, they stay tuned for some other members who can...this way we all learn.

Admin-don't the rules and/or conditions strictly prohibit abusive or profane language. I believe before it was deleted some of that was directed toward me. At the very least I feel the member in question owes me an apology.
