The pictures are kinda small, but the fields have the dulled look you get from slight circulation. Note the areas between the wreath and the wings: see how dull they are compared to the areas around IT of UNITED and ERI of AMERICA? The dull areas are more open and therefore are more exposed to friction. The light areas are sheltered in between the letters and have retained more luster. There is little or no loss of detail on the high points such as the breast feathers, so this is probably a solid AU-55 coin. Report this Post to the Staff
