I hope this isn't too stupid a question, since I know the likelihood of finding a small date in circulation very low, but is this a small date? The nine looks different than my other 1970s coins and LIBERTY seems to be pretty weak too. On the other hand, the 7 and 0 look too large (aren't they supposed to be about the height of the 1?) so I'm not convinced. Any help would be appreciated. Pic:  And a close up scan:

It looks like a small date to me. The mint mark is throwing me off some.

the 7 looks high to me but I can't see the 9 well enough in these pics, don't spend it just yet!

that is 100% without question a SMALL DATE.
and it's only the THIRD coin I have EVER heard of coming out of circulation!
