bradford,

All banks have cameras inside and out, why dont you tell your story to the bank manager and ask to view the footage from the cameras from that time period to see who messed with your tires.

I really appreciate your good wishes. But just to let you know, I meant getting a silver dime from a fed roll was a first for me. I should have specified. But seriously, thanks for your encouragement.

Hello,

This might sound like an unusual suggestion but what about getting your dimes and quarter rolls only from banks that are located within a supermarket building.

About half way through your grocery shopping trip just drop off at this bank with your cart half full of groceries.

The rolls can then be easily hidden in a doubled plastic grocery bag mixed in with your already-gathered groceries.

Then complete the second half of the shopping spree with these rolls of coins.

When leaving this grocery/bank you most likely will not be followed since a potential thief would have no idea that you picked up rolls of money midway through your grocery shopping unless he stalked you in the store during your entire trip there.

I think it would be highly unlikely and very unproductive time-wise for any thief to stalk a grocery buyer 30-60 minutes in a grocery store in the hopes of seeing them pick up coin rolls at the bank.

Customers leaving a stand-alone bank, on the other hand, are an easy target for thieves since all exiting customers are potential targets...

IMHO

I really do not know what disgusts me more a piece of dog poo who would rather steal from hard working people rather than getting a job or someone who appears to be educated thinking that they are justified in doing so.

Locally, they're debating getting grants (grant=taxpayers paying and getting no benefits) to build a $6 million, 46-unit complex for female drug users trying to quit and their kids.

For far less than $130,000 a unit, they could buy entire neighborhoods. Why not take the kids, and they become the incentive to become straight?

This thread is not the proper place for debate on this but I agree with you that decisions that are made these days do not seem to make any logical or fiscal sense what so ever. Can you imagine a United States where when someone commits a crime and goes to prison that they actually perform duties or tasks that earn income and covers the cost to house them or drug addicts that are caught are sent to mandatory rehab facilities that they must cover the cost for or again perform duties or tasks that earn income to cover the expenses. It would be a win - win all the way around. Hard
working taxpaying citizens would not have to see their tax dollars wasted, the offenders would actually learn a little accountability and bet that over time you would start to see a decline in the offenses committed.

I've had two boxes in a row with no silver; but I found my first proof, a 2006, in the last box.
