I would take that any night! I have come to be satisfied with just one rosie per box. Anything extra is awesome.

Picked up $200 in CWR last night from the same bank as I got the nickels from. I got one lone 1964, but that's always better than nothing! I was starting to lose hope after getting nothing in the first $175 worth, so I took a break and when I came back, the silver was literally the first coin I even looked at! I guess that pretty much confirms that the average for silver dimes is 1 in $150 since I got a silver in only $100 last time. But I'm staying loyal to CWR, because you never know when you'll find solid rolls of silver or other old stuff! That was the bag the teller put my coins in, can someone confirm that this is the type that armored car services use to seal their coins for shipping?

shavill, I think you need to show us the reverse! as you probably know, a 16d merc is $$$$$! i did 4 boxes again tonight. The party started great with a silver about 7 rolls in. and then another a few rolls later, and it was a 46s hole filler! this was the highlight :-) The next silver to come out was 2 in a roll, and then a 5th came out later out of box 1. a great box! then 2 skunk boxes, and then the last box had a 64 in the first roll. so 6 total out of 4 boxes. above average and quite welcome. The 46s hole filler put a huge smile on my face :-D what I am now missing: 49d, 49s, 54d, 55d, 55s, 57d The 54d and 57d should fall soon, they are both over 100 million. The other 4 will remain challenging. But I am closer now to a complete hunted set of Roosevelt dimes than I have ever been! And I do have the 55p already, so the rest must be possible.

My mom has nearly 1000 silver dimes that have been in her safe deposit box for years that my dad saved from the 70's till his death in 2010. I haven't date/mm checked them, but know most are probably in the '60's with a few 40's and 50's mixed in. Just asking and am interested in finding out if there are any key dates or errors that would need to be searched for. Any help is appreciated.

Yesterday I purchased my first coin album, a Dansco with proof/silver proofs. Will be starting CRH as soon as they get shipped to my house. At first I thought I would only try to search rolls and try to build a small hoard of silver dimes, but I thought that might not be enjoyable; I might go a long way with nothing to show for it. Now, I will at least have something to do with the coins I search through. I'm getting excited and glad I found this board!
