As I posted earlier, I still have about 10 more customer rolls sitting at home waiting for me. During my lunch hour I decided to go to the branch right next to my work and ask for rolls of dimes, I was excited about my first finds. Getting coins at this branch is hit or miss, and is a miss most of the time. So I asked the teller if she had spare dime rolls to spare and she said sure how many. I had $260, so to my surprise she came out with a sealed Loomis box, Anybody have luck with silvers in machine wrapped rolls of dimes? I've have read other people not doing so well with Loomis rolls. Is this a constant or is it just luck of the draw?

Finished up the customer rolls. No silvers, just one canada. Also got through the Loomis box and not one silver. Disapointed but that's part of the game. Here are some pics the first one is 1979s, 1958, and 1961d.

Picked up $400 of customer wrapped rolls and came up with 1954d,1956, and 1952, and 8 Canada. 1956 and 1954 a bit tarnished and grimey but still silver and since I recently started a Littleton album they are hole fillers, so I am super excited about saving these from the wild.

Nice finds guys
I received a bag of $1000 last week, usually hit 5-7 silver. Last week only got 3 silver in the bag but I was very happy. 1957, 2000- S Silver proof and 2002-S Silver proof.

Went through 60 rolls of dimes in the last couple of months with my son. Today, at roll 57, with no exciting finds, I told my son, "I don't know if we should continue with dimes." Then, in roll 58, our first silver: Then roll 59 had five extra dimes. Strange!

I stopped at the bank today and asked if they had any spare boxes of coin - dimes, nickels or pennies. The teller said they had extra pennies and dimes but no nickels. So I took a box of dimes and 2 boxes of pennies. She said the vault was overflowing of coin and needed to get rid of some pennies So When she came back with the box of dimes I noticed right away that the box of dimes was not sealed , I quickly opened it up to scan to make sure all the rolls were there and they were. I found it a bit strange since the pennies were still sealed. As I am leaving the parking lot it occurred to me that these were clear plastic brink roll that there may be a teller searching the box before handing them out? Has this happened to anybody else?

CoinRumbles Or someone bought the box, edge checked the rolls and then cashed it in. I have done that before.

One silver is better than none, and Canadians are always fun to find as well.
