I am using a scanner so its hard to show it but in color it does!

can't really tell but looks like it may be just Machine Doubling instead of actualy double die because I can not see any seperation or notching on the letters

Pennyloafer that scan clearly shows Machine Doubling. It has the classic shelf like appearance that is characteristic of MD. The top loop of B appears to be due to Die Deterioration.

It's hard to tell anything with all the editing you did to the images...as close to natural as possible, please. All this negative effect, upside down, psychadelic colors does absolutely nothing for an attributer except confuse them because the coin is so far off natural.
