Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 06/30/2006 1:28 pm Hi TLS MS-64 I cant see the bands well enough to comment on them,, The Hits on the face and neck, and the rub in the obverse field both left by the L of liberty and right by the designers intitials together keep the coin from being a 65.
