It probably has the value of a F-12 due to what I think is a definite cleaning, but detail-wise I'd call it VF-20. Both edges of the LIBERTY band are visible which puts it into VF territory IMO.

Probably so. ER look a little weak. That's why I went F-12. F-15 is probably more accurate in my head upon review

I agree with the group here - I think it has VF details but if it has indeed been cleaned that'll likely knock it down a bit value-wise.
