The intercept shield 2X2's are pretty tight. I have I think 9 of them, dollar size, that I put some of my commemorative dollars in. They will go into the space/slot, but if you are not careful they will come apart when you try to take them back out. (I hope that makes since) Much harder taking them out, then putting them in the space/slot.

The lighthouse 2X2's are very similar and much cheaper. They seem, to me, to be of the same design as the Intercept Shield, just a little smaller. All the 2X2's in the case with the blue trays are Lighthouse 2X2's. (case with the half dollars)

The blue trays, are for the briefcase style cases. The red trays, for the box type case.

I am not a dealer. I have no connection with Wizard coin, Vernon Coin, Intercept Shield or Lighthouse.
I just try to find what works for me and pass on my experiences.

I would like to say. The last three orders I made, were with Jake's. Very good service. Shipping was fast, once the order was process. Good E mail response. On the first order I made with them I was not sure how to select the different type of shipping. I called and they were very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions.

On the last order, I guess the shipping was less then they charged. I got a e mail that they refunded me the dollar difference, which showed up in my paypal account.

Not familiar with Jake's. Can you give me an address (url) for them?

Here it is. I don't think they have coin cases.

I look at them for Dansco's and coin supplies.

I've ordered a couple of times from wizard.......never had a problem, my last order was three 2011 red books which shipped for $5 and got here from my shipping confirmation email in three, count 'em three days. For media mail, that's flat awesome. I couldn't beat three copies for 1/2 cover price and $5 shipping, seriously.

SPQR "Senatus Populusque Romanus"

If you read all the threads you would see that Wizards prices are probably better than elsewhere but the problems I and other members had was with their shipping, customer service and lack of mail tracking. I just re-ordered more intercept shield 2x2's from them so I am still a customer of theirs even though I had 2 bad shipping transactions with them. Waiting to see how fast this package comes. Others shipping who use a flat shipping rate is probably cheaper for larger, heavier items.

I've ordered from Wizard one(1) time. After 10 days of waiting I decided to contact them. I was told that I should of received my order by now. They told me that they would send out a second order, so I thanked them and let them know if my order did come doubled I would return the second shipment. I waited a week and contacted them again. This time I was told that they had been out of this item for quite awile and when their shipment of supplies come in they will send my order. I do believe I was lied too, but why? All in all it took 30 days for my order. I don't mind waiting, but don't BS me.

You had the same problem I did. Said the order was shipped then two weeks later said it was back ordered. I could live with the back order, it happens but they lied to me and said it was shipped. I have to go a half mile to the cluster mailbox and being slightly handicapped (hips replaced in January) I don't go everyday unless I am expecting an order. Caused me a lot of inconvenience.

I just ordered from them and I must say 50% of the order price is for shipping :(

Cowen's Mylar Cardboard Flips - 2x2 - Cent Size
Size: Bundle of 100 $1.95 5 $9.75
26261 Whitman Loupe 16X $11.24 1 $11.24
Subtotal: $20.99
Shipping cost: $10.35
Order Total: $31.34

Got the order in 3 days and I did not realize the cardboard holders weighed so much and the true shipping was $7.85 so I cant complain they did fine by me
