No images that I can see, but regarding "backwards" position in the slab, both PCGS and NGC will do this if the reverse side is especially noteworthy. The usual reason is for an uncirculated coin that has spectacular reverse toning with an ordinary brilliant obverse. They will also mount the coin backwards if you ask (and if they pay attention to your request, which is no sure thing).
