1913 type 1 buffalo
Stone Mountain Commemorative. I've taken a liking to this particular coin.
It's been taking me a bit to decide which commemorative I want to put into my book
So far I have a George Washington, Bald Eagle, and now a Stone Mountain.
The George is just a space filler until I find another one I like better

The "cheap" spots are filling up fast, I'm thinking my type set will be comming to a grinding halt sometime soon.

That is a nice coin. I know what you mean about the grinding halt, but if it was easy to complete your set then where would the fun be? I have customers that buy dozens of coins at a time (not cheap coins mind you), and although I'd like that kind of extra money it seems to me the thrill of collecting would be gone.

Nice Coins. Remember, one of the best parts of the type set is that it doesn't have to be completed over night. So don't bust your wallet trying to fill holes in a hurry.

Nice coins! I am particularly fond of buffalo's but the Stone Mountain looks pretty sharp as well. Nicely done!

Great looking Nickel and a great price. Difficult to understand how almost any coin could look like that after almost a hundred years. Full horn and all.

Nice coins....don't feel like the Lone Ranger on the grinding to a halt thing. I haven't made much progress on my type set in a while. Fortunately the hunt for a bargain is at least half the fun for me.

Maybe I will have to pick up the other type 1 He had...
Sooner or later I will find deals. (I've ben lucky so far)
The grinding halt is more the lack of funds all around...Although, I have almost exhausted the "cheap" spaces to fill.
No worries, I have 4 more dansco's to work on and I'm looking to get a Roosevelt dime book to start.
