Looks like some kind of die gouge.

I don't really recall seeing a curved one like that. All the Feeder Finger Damage I've seen has been straight. But, there's still a lot I haven't seen yet, too.

That could be a mad clash - looks like it could be a rim impression. If not that, it's a feeder finger gouge.
