The reverse is rotated about the degree you see in the pictures, but it isn't enough to mean anything. Just adds to the cool factor!

It is easy to find worn out 14-D cents, but they are really difficult above VF.

I'd love to have one in MS64RB to match my 09-S VDB, but at that level, they are just a wee bit much!
