Does anyone know the value of a 1995 LMC BIE in MS63? I know there is a book out there on these, does the book list values?I know the newer coins are worth more then the older ones. all input welcome.Thanks,

BIEs were popular many years ago. I don't know about much collector demand or value now. If you like em, save em.

The book you are referring to was published in 1972. Even if it had values listed in it, they would be far different now from the listed values (which the book incidently does not have anyway).

I believe you are asking the unanswerable question - basically they are really worth whatever your buyer is willing to pay...often a dollar or so. There is no "guide" value to such oddities. I wouldn't stretch so far as to call them 'errors' because small chips and breaks were expected in the minting process, and a die would not have been pulled from the press for such things - thus, such coins made it into circulation with the mint's full knowledge. That does not constitute an error in my opinion.
